Watch Broken City (2013) using Stremio

I would like to recommend to everyone the director's version, extended by more than twenty minutes, of additional scenes, which gives a fuller picture of the film and in an interesting way explains some issues completely omitted in the cinema release. Even if the viewer does not like Crime type of movies, he/she will watch the whole movie and enjoy it. I sat for a long time after I ended watching Broken City, reflecting on my life. It wasn't easy to leave the cinema, when I saw it first time. The director is insanely talented guy. Even in the biggest and best Hollywood productions, there is the element of commercialism, that is elements that are in the film only to win favor with the mass audience. In New York, detective Billy Taggart goes to trial for the murder of rapist Mikey Tavarez, but Mayor Nicholas Hostetler and chief of police Carl Fairbanks disappear with valid evidence, and Billy is found guilty by the judge. However, he leaves the police department. Seven years later, Billy is a private investigator and lives with his girlfriend Natalie Barrow, the aspiring actress and sister of the victim Mikey. His secretary Katy Bradshaw (Alona Tal) tries to collect some of her debts to save her business. During election week, Hostetler calls Billy and offers $ 25,000 to investigate his wife Cathleen Hostetler, who he believes is having an affair. Billy discovers that Cathleen Paul Andrews, who is the campaign coordinator for Jack Valliant, meets Hostetler's opponent and favorite in the election.
