I would like to recommend to everyone the director's version, extended by more than twenty minutes, of additional scenes, which gives a fuller picture of the film and in an interesting way explains some issues completely omitted in the cinema release. In the world of cinematography, some great films have been recorded, but The Mistletoe Secret deserves special attention. If a movie can manage me to stay hooked on the whole movie online, that's fucking impressive. It wasn't easy to leave the cinema, when I saw it first time. You do not have to fall in love with a Drama to enjoy this movie. This movie is different, thanks to director. Praise him for it. Now sit up and watch, I'm 100% sure, you won't be disappointed.... Midway, Utah is in contention with two other cities to be featured on Sterling Masters' Holiday Adventures. Heading up Midway's push to get the attention which would give a much needed boost to the local resort and recreation business industry is Aria (Kellie Pickler) whose family owns The Mistletoe Diner. As it turns out Sterling Masters is only the face of the show while his best friend Alex is the writer and heart of the show. . Alex comes to the Mistletoe Diner in advance to gather intel. He butts heads with Aria who is none too subtle about her idolization of Masters and is rubbed the wrong way by Alex's sarcastic remarks questioning Masters' dubious talents. Loosely based on N.Y.
